Fresh Install / Remote Data Deletion

Hello,

Part 1:
I wish to do a full fresh install of Chevereto to remove old files, code and whatever due to a lot of files are from older versions of Chevereto (dating back to 2017).

What's the recommended (and safest) way to proceed with this?

Would it be a simple case of delete all files/folders in public_html upload the latest files (v3.20.13) and just use the same database when setting up? As all images are DB-side, nothing is file related? I use BunnyCDN + TMDHosting.

Part 2:
I've noticed two database tables: deletions and queues should these be empty? The queues table has 3668 entries since 2018-03-11 and 11902 entries since 2017-12-15 is this normal? A cron_job is set up for cli.php every 5 mins.

Part 3:
Extra support: If I purchase this would this cover debugging why remote deletion doesn't work? BunnyCDN said they allow/support remote deletion but it's never worked and always done this manually.

Yes, it should work.

Queues should be empty, if not it means that the cron isn't running properly or failing to remove the files on runtime.
