Fresh Install - Missing Folders

Hey gang, I have a brand new install of V4. When trying to use the bulk import function, I do not see the subfolders within the /importing folder, just an .htaccess

Should there be folders in here as per the documentation?

I downloaded the raw installer and extracted it on my local PC, and I can see that these folders are not included in the download, so I assume they are created as part of the install?
