We mentioned this in the Chevereto v4.3 changelog.

CHEVERETO_MAX_UPLOAD_SIZE

This now defines the maximum upper bound limit for uploads. Chevereto is no longer restricted to PHP.ini settings, allowing for larger uploads. This limit is imposed on top of the related configurable dashboard setting.
By default, the value is configured to 100M.

Chevereto in this context is a self-hosted system, besides consuming the update package you should always read carefully all the related documentation we always include.
