if my filename 2010+Camaro+Red (1), title is 2010+Camaro+Red (1) and google indexed

title: 2010+Camaro+Red (1)
url : domain.com/image/p5
desc : All · 3D · Abstract · Animals · Anime · Army · Brands · Cars · Celebrities · City · Fantasy · Flowers · Food and Drink · Funny · Games · Girls · Hi- ...

very big problem for me. title have (+) and description is very bad. how to fix it? how to write manual description for google? some pictures already have same description and this is duplicated post for google.
