Try flushing the ID reservation table, `chv_id_reservations`. The problem could be just a hiccup in that table, no idea why it happens but for sure I need to improve that thing since this is not the first time I see this kind of issue.

I'm sorry but I can't help you any further since you didn't provide access to your server, I can't fix what I can't look into.

Send access to inbox@chevereto.com and make a clear reference to this ticket. Do please include at least SFTP access, don't forget to include IP, port, paths, etc.

Please note that it will take me some time to debug it and I have to determine if it is an actual conflict or just a badly configured mysql server.

I'm sorry, but I need server access. You only sent me a DB dump so I'm unable to help you here.

Filenaming by ID is not working because you have insufficient permissions in app/content/locks, probably due to a server migration or something like that.

Here, check the folder contents:

The system uses those files for the ID reservation function, but on your server, these files are not being removed by PHP. This is because the owner of these is 504/506, not www/www.

When PHP creates that file, it does under the www user so the only way in which those files can get that owner is either because you changed the user for PHP or you just dumped/restore some files via command line.

So just wipe that directory and make sure to don't mess with permissions there.
