File bigger than 2 MB

When uploading a file bigger than 2 MB you get a blank screen.

Better would be to notify the user the file is too big...
 
doh'... That is server issue. Servers have file upload and execution time limits. Usually 8mb and xminutes, but some server configurations have lees than that.

Try to get this info with phpinfo.
 
No, you don't understand.

Chevereto only allows file below 2MB, but if a user tries to upload a file bigger than 2MB he/she get's a white screen. Better would be to show an error screen with the message that the file he/she is trying to upload is too big.

...It's your server. In the demo you don't get that.
