FFMPEG - PLESK - Really Struggling To Work

Hello, I trust someone may be able to give me some assistance in relation to FFMPEG so I can have video uploads working. I have followed the instructions provided for the PLESK installation but having such troubles. I have tried many different options but cannot seem to get this to work so hoping someone may have some help or ideas.

Everything else on the install is working correctly.

System Details:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz (2 core(s))
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.72_build1800250901.06 os_Ubuntu 24.04
Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

FFMPEG Details:
Version - 7.0.2 amd64 static
Directory: /var/www/vhosts/foxnet.gg/media.foxnet.gg/ffmpeg
Directory & File Permissions: rwx r-x r-x
Directory & File User: As allocated to Plesk User (Correct)

Check if there is a open_basedir restriction affecting the path to ffmpeg.

I would recommend going the docker route, more power, and all dependancies installed.
