Fatal Error

Hello,

I've been using Chevereto for a few years now, but when attempting to upgrade today I encountered a Fatal Error.

I enabled debug level 3, here's what comes up now:

Fatal error [400]: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'images.image_is_approved' in 'where clause'

You skipped the manual update instruction, when running /install you got a "Hey, run these queries" but you just skipped it. So the database is not updated to v3.16

I usually just run the update from within the control panel, was this a major update?

What steps should I take to get back up?

Just go to /install

It wasn't a major update, is automatically issued if your installation is too big. Is a safe measure to avoid breaking your database.
