Facing problem with HTTP Post call

Hi Support,

I am a application developer and tried to develop the application which will use the API for Post HTTP request but i am continually getting 403.

i am using URL = serverurl/api
and i post data i am writing upload= <base64 Encode Image data>

Can you please help me what wrong i am doing.
 
If http://imgs.co/api is the site URL I will ask you to ask in the client forums as the user who owns the license for that domain. I don't assist non clients.
