Facebook login - infinite loop

Hi,

Had a long fight with Facebook login and doesn't look like I'm winning:

- went through https://chevereto.com/docs/social-networks and configured exactly like in article - still doing infinite loop
- checked for redirect issues in .htaccess with no luck
- both google and twitter login work like a charm


Will much appreciate some help.

Did you set up the app in Facebook? Did you make it online? Do you have any faults in the app? If so you need to have all the setup before you can take it live and then it will work.
 
Apart from label your app as active and make sure that everything is correctly configured, I've seen this before due to poor https implementation.

Which is your website URL?
 
Show me how does your facebook app settings looks like.
 
Leave just one Valid OAuth redirect URIs. Leave just the one without "www".

Try not using the the server IP whitelist option in app settings.
