External Storage - Amazon S3 regions need updating

Noticed in the current release (3.8.12) that when you add external storage with Amazon S3, the dropdown list of "regions" is out of date. For example, London, Montreal, Seoul, Ohio, Mumbai etc are missing.

The current regions are:

US Standard
Oregon
Northern California
Ireland
Singapore
Tokyo
Sydney
Sao Paulo
Frankfurt
Seoul
Mumbai
Ohio
Montreal
London

Presumably these will be added in a later release 🙂

Out of interest is there a file edit to add these ?
