Error when upload images with exif data

Hi,

Today i'm have a new error with my website, can't upload images with exif data, already active exif and mbstring in php.ini and it working here: http://likz.me/test.php, but when upload to my website it alway error.

OMG already remove exif data but can't upload, can you help me check this image, why i can't upload it to my site :s how can i log this error ? Turn on log error, but i don't see error in my log file

My server setting:
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 100M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
memory_limit = 2024M

Uploads fine in the demo and also the exif data of that image is just this:

Yeah i know on demo.chereveto.com working, but it not working on my website, and i don't know why, it not show for me error, can i debug it ?

@@ because Cloudflare error, turn off CF and it working >.<
