Rodolfo, I'm having trouble upgrading from Free version. I bought the v4 license, which includes v3 as well, but the installer/upgrader defaulted to v3. Fine, since it looks like v4 is still in Beta. Upgrade appeared to be working, and gave me a message to convert three SQL tables from myISAM to InnoDB engine. Did that, but site returns only a blank screen where the login page should be. I can get into the dashboard, but no links work. I tried following the "new" instructions you linked and the other user posted above, but the last step throws the error:

Since dashboard is up, and that error results when trying to complete the install, it feels like an SQL DB issue; but again I changed the engine to InnoDB for the three tables. I believe all my requirements check out:
  • Chevereto: 3.20.16 (coqueto)
  • 1.0.9 DB install update
  • PHP version: 7.4.26 /opt/alt/php74/etc/php.ini
  • MySQL version:10.1.40-MariaDB-cll-lve
  • Graphics Library:ImageMagick 7.1.0-2 Q16 x86_64 2021-06-25 https://imagemagick.org
  • File uploads: Enabled
  • Max. upload file size: 32 MB
  • Max. post size: 32 MB
  • Max. execution time: 30 seconds
  • Memory limit: 512 MB

In addition to what the Chevereto dashboard is showing above, my host service shows this:

So, I'm not sure what the PHP version is at this point.

If you get a blank screen then it means that the error is elsewhere. Look at your server error_log.

You could also open app/settings.php and enable debug_level = 3.

👉️ phpMyAdmin could be running in a different PHP version, is not related to the service exposed at port 80/443.
