Error show images in album

▶ Reproduction steps

Update from 4.0.6 to 4.0.12
Open the user album url like as: https://xxx.com/album/gyaoschan.C
Click on link of images in album like as: https://xxx.com/image/2018年09月21日-(金)22時48分58秒.mp4-20190406-020738.610.Zrk (The images has title is China, Japan, Vietnam, etc ... - not english language) -> Show page "That page doesn't exist"
I check images in server. The url of images is correct and still on server
Checked on localhost and real server too

😢 Unexpected result

Thumbnail of album not show, click on link of album will redirect to page "That page doesn't exist"
In version 4.0.6 working normal

Try check in html debug i got "data-thumb="%IMAGE_xTHUMB_URL%" is not of real of url (image thumbnail not render)
