how i can fix this?

I just created an account and i was able to delete a picture.

Seems to be related with the admin account, I can't test it. Try to do a clean install in another subdomain and folder and see if it happens, most likley you edited something and you wreak the system.

this only happen on some files ( mostly on big files > 2 mb files ) + files removed after 4-5 try and in this case file removed after 17 retry

I can't reproduce it so most likely is a network issue at your end (your network connection). Large or small files doesn't matter at all for the delete function. The only thing that you can do is trigger the error with the console log opened (F12 in Chrome) and check the error response (either in the json network panel or in the console tab).

As you may notice this can't be reproduced and it only affects you so is very likely to be something at your end or something related to your server. Some servers blocks multiple connections from the same IP like if you have opened SSH / FTP and you are in :80 (HTTP) at the same time.

I will ask you to perform those tests and to try in another computer (in another network of course).

Cheers.
