Error after upgarding from 3.6.0 to 3.6.1

after upgrading to 3.6.1 from 3.6.0:
1- Google Chrome not function at all.
2- in Firefox after uploading the pictures i can't assign the pictures to new album.

I already uploaded the files again and overwriting all the files with no help.
 
Website works fine for me. Most likely you have cache issues.
 
I clear the cache (hard clear) and reset the Crome browser:
1- the upload bottom not respond.
2- i can log in but not log out.
3- the top navbar not respond for any bottom.

The other question is how to create a custom css for RTL layout.
In earlier version i able to scroll over desired pictures with pressed mouse and got the embed code instead the new way that i need to check all the desired picture one by one.
 
Everything works fine for me. In this case I will need you to take a screenshot showing the browser console (F12) because I'm not seeing those issues. Regarding the RTL, Chevereto still don't full support that but you can add custom css using the theme's custom_hook folder.
