error 522 when enable cloudflare on vps

I installed chevereto on my vps using the root install guide. if i enable my cloudflare, i cannot reach my site with Error 522. I am using nginx. i already done the 7. Real connecting IP (CloudFlare, optional) steps but not sure if its working or not. from this guide https://github.com/ergin/nginx-cloudflare-real-ip, i notice that my output /etc/nginx/cloudflare is empty. i did put cron too.

The contents of /etc/nginx/cloudflare must not be empty. You can isolate the problem by running the .sh manually rather than via cron, when running it should return something like this:

When running the .sh, you should get a response like this:
