I noticed this same problem has been experienced before, but it looks like the solution was to post about the issue here. I just purchased but cannot download. Thanks.
 
I am curious about this error, many people have it, but i didn't and all you say to them is try now and they reply with thanks it works then we all live happily ever after.

Some "stock" thing, when that happens it means that I have to create stock licenses.
