Enabling Mandatory registration for uploading Pics

Hello,

I want to make my website mandatory only for registered users to upload pictures. when i enable Website Privacy mode as Private and Content Privacy Mode as Force Private Self as mentioned in the below image

i see that homepage is directly redirected to websitename/login. Homepage is not visible.

I want users to see the homepage and when they click on upload it should redirect to login page.
how can i do this ?
