3.10.6

Description of the issue
After the recent update to 3.10.6, it is no longer easy to locate and use the embed codes for a single photo. The new format is not very user friendly. I'm extremely tech savvy, and it still took me a while to figure out where the embed codes got moved to with this latest update. And, once I found them, I was pretty disappointed with where they were located and how they are implemented.

No offense, but the old way was much better and more obvious when it came to finding them easily and using them easily.

I also find that the new way of viewing an image when clicked on, including the new keyboard shortcuts, is cumbersome. Seeing all of the keyboard shortcuts listed along the bottom edge of the images detracts from the image being viewed.

I have gone through all of the system settings and find no way at all to change the way these functions work.

Can this latest function update be changed back in the next update? I'm seriously afraid that this will deter my small number of current users from continuing to use my site because it's so cumbersome.

Thank you in advance for your reply and help.

I have also found that since the update, the main album thumbnail images can no longer be clicked to view the album. Instead, I need to click the title of the album or one of the smaller thumbnails along the bottom, under the main thumbnail image.

And sometimes when viewing a photo, it shows me the old UI, while other times it opens the image up in a "slideshow" style window with a black background, which is when it displays the keyboard shortcuts along the bottom and makes the embed codes almost impossible to find.

By the way, this is happening on my Chromebook, using Google Chrome. I will test it on my PC with Firefox and let you know if it behaves the same way.

I have done some more checking into this and discovered that if I click on an image while it's in "slideshow" mode, it will take me to the image page that shows the embed codes, etc., like it did prior to this latest update.

But clicking on the album thumbnail still doesn't open the album.

You can disable the viewer by going to Dashboard > Settings > Listings

Thank you. Turning that off seems to have also fixed the problem with not being able to view an album by clicking on the main thumbnail. Now I can click the main thumbnail and it opens the album up the way it should.
