I can't seem to change the subject of the emails. It contains from chevereto and the email also.

How to solve this? Thanks!

There is actually a dropdown beside the h1 title on the settings page.

If you wish to customize the email contents, you can found the mail templates here:
.\app\themes\Peafowl\mails
