Hi,

We used a paid for install of Chevereto for a wedding a couple of weeks back and people have since uploaded 299 images.

However the reports we are getting back from our visitors and also from testing it ourselves, is that it is very difficult to scroll through the images on an ipad. In fact most gave up and used a computer.

I have it loaded at the moment an simply can not scroll up with my finger on the the tablet. In fact scrolling you finger up brings up the side menu in the image and then ticks one of the boxes.

I can only believe this is an oversight on your part.

I offer this as feedback rather than complaint.

I would need to send you log in details as this is a private site. Where can I send them?

You installed this on TBM hosting two weeks ago for us. We have done nothing to the code installed. I guess it is the latest version. The ipads have all been a range. Mine is an ipad mini.

If this issue happens on the demo then the problem is actually a bug.

If it only happens in your website then is most likely that the issue is not Chevereto but maybe some JS or something else broken.

In any case, please confirm that you also see the issue on demo to be able to label this as a bug or a Tech support issue.

And please, send me the website URL to test because I can't do anything without that. You can send it via PM or email to inbox@chevereto.com but give me something to work with.

Um! Tried your demo and it works fine on my ipad mini so went back to my site and lo and behold that is working fine now too. Haven't checked on any other devices but I am going to assume that all is okay now and thank you for your time.
