Disable upload to normal users.

I'm making a community site, I don't want anyone that register to be able to upload but just manager and admin. How can I do this?

Goto settings -> website

1) website mode personal
2) website privacy to private

Goto settings -> users

1) signup -> disabled

This is one way.

The other way is

1) put your site to maintenance and so no one can use it, other than the admin.

No I mean, I want people being able to sign up and like and follow members but not upload.

This way only manager will be able to post content on the site.

Goto site settings -> upload, and choose disable upload, this will allow only admin to upload.
