Disable Thumbnails

Hi. Is there any way to disable thumbnails from Chevereto? I just don't want it anymore. I mean I don't want more .th and .md files. The original file is enough to me.

Could be included in the roadmap for a next release? Chv 4.0? I saw that some thumbs are more 'bigger' in kB than the original ones, hehe.

Thumbs are a core element and it won't get disabled or be able to turn it off.
