I'm not sure, if this qualifies as bug or is simply not done yet. Anyway:
When a user is deleted, the corresponding directory in the filesystem is not removed.
e.g: "<webroot>/content/images/users/xyz"
Same for deleting images. When the storage mode "datefolders" is used and the last image from that day
is deleted (aka. folder becomes empty), the corresponding directory is also not removed.
e.g.: "<webroot>/images/2017/09/21/"
To keep the system clean, imho both directory should be removed in such cases.
