different Auto Resize for too big images

The Auto Resize images for too big images is a good idea.

But I would find it better if could say that guests may only upload pictures up to a certain size.
And registered members may upload higher or unlimited.
 
I don't think that is a must have feature for now.

For now this will remain out of scope for further reviewing.
