Description of the issue
I'm moving servers, and after the site move, I'm getting default page.

I've copied over all the html & database & http config.

I can't figure out where the files are that are showing it as default.

What's weird is, all the images are there, but, dashboard shows 0 images.

Any idea what causes this weirdness?
 
It could be a dozen of reasons, none of them have anything to do with the script itself. The only file that you need to touch is app/settings.php with the new server values.
