Hello!
I just moved my Chevereto site to a new server with Virtualmin + Centos 6.3
and I found the following issue in the logs:
[Fri Jan 04 12:13:33 2013] [error] [client 89.132.92.153] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'DateTime::__construct(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. The page is dieing out with HTTP 500 Error
