DamnPic.net site not loading. Please shine some light on this

Hi i was looking for help from their site and they linked themselves to this site for help.
DamnPic.net will only load on Mobile devices, but not on any computer in my house. I have two internet lines and i tried both and yet the site will not load.

When i go to DamnPic.net the loading tab continus to load. Images i try to load from their will not fully load.
I am wondering do they have an issue with the domain or is my provider blocking the site.

Can someone shed some light on this. Please. Thanks.

It's loading fine for me..
