cyrillic filename to page title

When i upload a picture which filename is in cyrillic (like a 'цветы.jpg') — the title of page with image is not filled automatically, it's empty.

But with latin filename ('flower.jpg') it's ok - title of page with uploaded image is "flower".

Can you fix it, please.

Add this to app/loader.php
