Enable users (with upload access) to create custom uploaders, with options like target album, watermarks, max size, etc. This uploader is accessible via unique-url, allowing anyone to send media to your account. Note that media sent this way needs to be approved by the user.

This is uploader ^ 2, I think you may like the idea because it allow users to organically build the user base by inviting others by using the upload system.
