To support Bulk Importer metadata in CSV format.

A user of the software (Laurent Lenchantin) keeps asking me about this via email. I've opened this RFC to see if there's some interest in the community.

No idea, but I presume this CSV data comes from a spreadsheet and perhaps that's a common practice for some users as it exports to CSV.

I wouldn't be opposed, especially if there's proper documentation of how the CSV file is supposed to be used as a way to grant the system an understanding of how to proceed with the bulk import.
