I am running chevereto version 3.20.18 on the main domain and subdomain, for example, xyz.com and chevereto.xyz.com

both the application is on the same server and all parameters are the same but still cron job is not working on the xyz.com.

However it is showing that cron job ran last 1652706635356.png

what could be the problem. can any one please let me know.

I too have been trying to get the cron job running but the docs do not seem to be all that helpful.
Because I have no experience in setting up cron jobs I asked the hosting service to set it up for me but clearly it has not been set up correctly.

The cron job is set up as instructed in the docs (literally) but I suspect it needs to be modified for my server setup.

The instructions in the docs say to set it up as follows:
Code:
*     *     *     *     *     /usr/local/bin/php home/var/www/html/cli.php -C cron

And what I see that has been set up is:
Code:
*     *     *     *     *     /usr/local/bin/php home/var/www/html/cli.php -C

However in ftp the path to the cli.php file is
Code:
sftp://mycom@ftp.my.com:16969/home2/mycom/public_html/cli.php

My suspicion is that the path of the cron job needs to be edited to reflect these differences.

I note in the docs it says:
Suit your context

The above default cron works when running our official provisioning. If you don't use our server provisioning you will be required to alter the default instructions for user, PHP binary and Chevereto CLI location. Refer to your system documentation.
Which seems to confirm my suspicion. It should have been picked up by the person who set it up for me. 🤬😒

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Peter
