Core License / re-install ? how do you delete the old one

Hi,
I just got my testing server working this morning,
now i want to know how do i delete my unique core lisence from my testing server, so i can get it working correctly on my real server.

I am afraid of getting banned if i install it again by using the same core license, that is why i need to make sure, is there a panel that i can de-attach / delete the license from my testing server.

please let me know, thanks.
