Description of the issue
Hello, since you locked the topic so I'm replying from here -

First of all my server is not shared its cloud VPS " http://prntscr.com/gr8yz6 " . Secondly, it will not work on your demo site too if you allow to upload full-size image " https://demo.chevereto.com/i/zHH " in your demo site image got resize because of your admin settings where you are using custom maximum resolutions. so please test it by allowing to upload the full-size image on your demo site and please unblock the ticket so, I can update this thing there.

Regards

AZAHAR AHMED

Resizing requires, even more, memory than just image upload because it does the upload and on top of that, it needs to perform resizing. When you don't force resizing the system uses way less memory.

Here: https://demo.chevereto.com/i/zHp 3.3MB 8400x5900

The issue is very clear, your server can't allocate the memory needed. No script issue.

You are either using too many resources in that server (you have plenty websites there) or your server is not properly configured or plain and simple the memory dedicated to your instances is not what the panel says.

Cheers,
Rodolfo.
