Confirmation email not working

Chevereto Noob
When I try register another user with gmail, I got confirmation email but link is not included, only some file without extension name noname.

Is this some error or it is free version feature?

When you don't configure email it fallback to sendmail which in some servers is disabled (and it doesn't yield anything).

Try with sendgrid or any SMTP transactional API. There are plenty free out there.
