Config error in ver. 2.1.2

hello
i create a new database with username and password & set the information in the config file , i have an error :
Code: 
PDOException: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'upcom2_mm'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

i try many times without any fix
