compress thumbnails of images to speed up the loading of the page.

Hello, I just did a test on Google Page speed test and Google recommends that I compress thumbnail images. What could reduce and gain more than 50% on each miniature is huge. (mypicture.md.jpg).
 
50% out of 10kb is nothing. You have to analyze this stuff in the right context.
 
Yes indeed I analyzed it in the context because 50% of 10 ko multiplied by 100000 images that is a lot.
 
Are you going to list 10,000 images at the same time? For 3.X I won't elaborate on additional libraries or compression methods.

Maybe for V4, but for now the answer is no.
