Compatibility with php 7.3

Not sure yet, but I've switched the PHP to 7.3 in the workstation so that will be the target PHP release for now.
 
I strongly advise to don't use PHP 7.3 yet. Lots of regular expressions aren't working and even updating these, the problem is that the vendors on which Chevereto relies are not PHP 7.3 ready.

Don't use 7.3 until I confirm support for it.
