Community and featured system.

I want to set up a photographic community. I have already installed the free version and seen all the features of the paid version.
An essential feature for me is the promotion and distinction of users and photos. Is there any functionality that allows you to highlight a photo and move it to a special featured album (something like Editors' Choice)?
Is something similar possible?

At this time there's no such functionality.
