Apart from the previously desperatly wanted 'block this IP' button:

1. (adminpanel) view latest comments
2. 'report this image button' with in the adminarea an overview of them.

The biggest problem we have is men who feel the need to show the world their genitals 😕
For some reason I have e very low tolerance for that 😎
