Cleanup unconfirmed accounts

I have a LOT of users signing up with fake names and mail. Often the mail is like dcgygeg378cc@yahoo.com
These accounts are never confirmed because the email does not exist.

It would be nice with a "Cleanup unconfirmed accounts" and a box where I could enter like 20 days.
It doesn't have to be fancy and automated with cron jobs and what not.
Right now I have to go into every Users profile and look for date and if its valid or waiting for confirmation and delete the user.

Normally I don't care but lately I have 30-40 bogus users a day.

This was added long ago, you can find it in the app/cron.php file.
