chrome & explorer upload button problem

When browsing to my site using chrome gets a problem with the download button and image resizing ,so I cant click on the buttons ,see image:

and select file button does not appear

Another note : in firefox when i upload any images showing the message " not loaded with any pictures" that the images have been filed on the server ,


my script was upgrade from 2.0.12 to 2.0.13 as http://chevereto.com/forums/post6936.html#p6936
 
Try to upload all maybe I forget something, but I think that can be a Flash issue.
