Chevereto update (v3.18.1)_Fatal Error

▶ Reproduction steps

1. Update from 3.13 to 3.18.1
2. Opened admin page on my site at www.trustedjewelers.info and clicked to run the update

😢 Unexpected result

• Update began to run and then hung up at extraction step.
• I refreshed browser after 8 minutes and received the following error message
• I cannot open website or dashboard to confirm PHP and Database info

You can do it via ftp method or file manager off your hosting. That Is what rodolfo is referring about. You don't access missing files via dashboard of chevereto
