Description of the issue
We migrated our sites to new server some days ago. There was some problems with one site, which needed a temporary address (IP/~name). Therefore the server admin removed mod-ruid2 so the IP address would work to view one development site so the client could see it.
Everything worked ok for some days. Then I started the latest version update from the admin panel. It said to be successful, but after that the admin page kinda freezed. I wasn't able to switch off the service mode. I cleared all cookies from browser and tried to login, but the ReCaptcha was not functional. After that I asked my server admin if he could help with the issue.
Here are some comments from him:

PHP couldn't write the new files correctly. I've installed mod_ruid2 again.

That's how it happened. Could you please help me to get the Chevereto running again?
