- Fixed file naming issue affecting all the uploaded files

Affected files and folders (from 3.5.1)
- app/app.php
- app/install/installer.php
- app/lib/classes/class.upload.php
- app/routes/route.connect.php
- app/routes/route.index.php

Check the README.txt file and http://chevereto.com/docs for install or update instructions.
 
Please note that this fix is a must have. You must update your 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 asap.
