updated and it went fine but it hasn't actually updated the value of the version - the version sits at 3.50 but DB is 3.4.6 which is incorrect(i assume) because it drops this error if I click on update again -;

QLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'image_storage' in '

in dashboard -;

"3.5.0 (3.4.6 DB) update – check for updates"

also clicking on url/admin and logging in just sits there with the loading icon showing for ever, but logs me in if I refresh the main page.

on that note it broke the site too.. uploading now goes -;

had to revert the DB and backup files to get it working again... boo lost a couple of hundred images due to this randomness

Everytime you need to upload the files and then run /install. Only running /install after all the files have been uploaded will update the system without issues. Most likely you did something that broke the database amd that is why you saw all those issues.

I don't know, goblins or something. I always test the thing like 3 times (local, demo, dev, clean, upgrade)
