I did a test, and when i'm running http://mysite.com/install.php , the upgrade system ask me for the database informations as if this is a fresh installation and not an upgrade !! 🙁 why ??

Make sure that you are logged in first. Go to the main website, login, then do the thing.

I did and still ask me for the database informations !!!
Then open a Tech support topic, this is for talk about the release not other issues.
Update system is the very same as from the very 3.0.1 update so if you are experimenting issues is because you are doing something wrong like missing the crucial files or skip one release and not replace the combo files needed. You can update from 3.0.0 to 3.2.0 and so on but the affected files will be all the affected files from 3.0.1, 3.0.2, etc. Don't think that running install.php will make all work if the files are not there.
