I can't change settings after update (i did run the install.php), i get:

Request denied
You either don't have permission to access this page or the link has expired.

Can't even sign out.
 
My mistake again, didn't change the theme files for my 'custom' theme.
But shouldn't we be able to modify themes (not the default one) without worrying without breaking functionality.
