Checkbox to determine which of two folders to upload to

Is there any simple way to do this? For example, in Upload Preferences with the option to create a short URL, I'd like there to be another option to check to determine which folder the item gets uploaded to.

Checking the box sends the uploaded image to /images2/ while leaving it unchecked sends it to /images/.

Is there any way to arrange this?
